Five things we do most, and a standing offer to quote anything else. Every job includes edited full-resolution stills, a shared download link, and the raw files if you want them.
Roof documentation
Overlapping stills of every plane, plus close passes on ridges, valleys, flashing, vents and chimney work. We shoot the whole roof at a consistent altitude first, then come in tight on anything that looks off.

Building progress
The same angles at the same altitude every visit, so the set reads as a sequence instead of a pile of photos. Good for draw requests, subs who need to see conditions, and owners who live out of the area.

Property & acreage overview
Boundaries, access roads, timber, water, fence lines and outbuildings — top-down for the layout and oblique for the feel of the ground. Useful before a sale, a harvest, or a fence project.

Real estate photo & video
Elevated exteriors that show the lot and what's around it, plus a short cinematic pass of the drive-up and any water, view or acreage worth selling. Delivered sized for MLS and for social.

Insurance documentation
Dated imagery after wind, hail or snow load, organized by elevation so an adjuster can follow it without a phone call. We shoot what's there and describe it plainly — we don't write claims.
